Clarifier Mechanism (Primary & Secondary Clarifier)

Primary clarifiers and secondary clarifiers are designed to remove solids and scum from waste water.
Our clarifiers are available in self-supporting prefabricated steel units, or they can be designed for installation in a concrete tank.
Existing structures and systems can sometimes be utilised and upgraded for cost savings.
Circular clarifiers normally utilize a centre feed inlet well or a peripheral inlet.
The centre feed well design can be equipped with a chemical addition system with mixing and flocculation.
With the center feed well, the effluent is along the outer wall of the clarifier tank.
Clarifiers with peripheral inlets will be designed with a centre bottom liquid outlet.
Primary clarifier units have an additional skimmer assembly, which is used to collect the floating scum from the top of the water level. Our agitators are easy to install and maintain.
